Point Break is awesome, dude! A great action thriller that was pretty much ignored on its release but has since gathered respect and quite a cult following. And deservedly so. It boasts a tough and interesting script re-written (uncredited) by James Cameron himself and is brilliantly directed by one of Jimbo's many ex-wives - the talented Kathryn (Near Dark, Strange Days, Hurt Locker) Bigelow.
PB boasts waaay too much stuff I love in in to go in to here...although that long foot chase takes some beating. Suffice to say PB tells a smart and interesting story with some good characters played by decent actors (yes, I really like Keanu in this) while boasting some very cool, top notch action. Easily the best thing Swayze ever did...may he rest in peace.
